For instance, the Ghanaian government has liberalized the cocoa industry to allow Cadbury to operate more efficiently and effectively in the industry.    Overall Culture          Cadbury follows a very routine-based corporate culture based on the British system to discipline and step-by-step functioning. Cadbury values ââ¬Å"performance, quality, respect, and responsibility.â⬠ They put these values as a priority in their business operations and therefore countries that have are incompatible with these cultural traits tend to face difficulties when interacting with Cadbury. The company tries to minimize the power distance element of the national culture by listening to customers, suppliers, shareholders, and employees. As a company, Cadbury states that its culture is one of a very collectivist nature considering that it works as one team across geographic and functional boundaries. When it comes to its competition with other firms, it takes on a very individualist nature but acquiring competitors and engaging in a predatory pricing scheme.
